How super cute is this 1962 vintage Polish poster by Wojciech Wenzel! He designed it for a Polish film ‘Jada Goscie Jada’ (Guests are Coming). It’s a very special rare poster.

Polish A1 size: 59 × 84.5 cm

Condition: there is some discolouration to the paper where it has been kept folded in storage for a long time - though this is much less obvious on the front of the poster.

Polish posters were printed in strictly limited runs to be displayed in town centres, theatres and cinemas - so any which survive have been lovingly rescued along the way.

For us, nothing comes close to the soulful charm of vintage Polish posters; the colours, the offset lithography, the matt paper. But please note, due to their age, many do bear marks of time.
