Pink perfection right here in this beautiful 1960s film poster designed by female Polish poster artist Maria Syska. This original vintage movie poster was printed in 1964 to promote the Polish cinema release of François Truffaut's passionate 1964 French drama ‘La Peau Douce’ (Qladka Sjkora), starring Françoise Dorléac (sister of Catherine Deneuve).

Polish A1 size: 58 x 84 cm

Condition: Very good overall. This poster has been sensitively restored but please note it had been previously folded diagonally.

Polish posters were printed in strictly limited runs to be displayed in town centres, theatres and cinemas - so any which survive have been lovingly rescued along the way.

For us, nothing comes close to the soulful charm of vintage Polish posters; the colours, the offset lithography, the matt paper. But please note, due to their age, many do bear marks of time.
